5ft Aquarium Siphon Vacuum Cleaner for Fish Tank Cleaning Gravel & Sand

I have no complaints so far. Works very well and assembly is very easy. Usage is pretty straightforward as well and sucks water out of my tank at a fairly good rate. The tubing is good and thick too. Definitely seems to be durable. It doesn’t take up alot of storage space either. I’d say it’s pretty good all in all especially for the price. I’d definitely recommend!

I cannot go without this type of gravel cleaner! Easy assembly. Easy to use. Durable.. Works great! I have a 42 gal heavily planted tank with many fish. The gravel has to be vacuumed every 2-3 weeks. This quickly siphons all the junk without pulling out sand or gravel and doesn't damage the plants when I put it over them for cleaning. I wish the tube on this one was 2 inches longer, but it still does the job.

Works good for what it is. Pay attention to the size because the description is accurate. I wouldn't use it on anything larger than a 10 or 15 gallon tank. It is comically small for my 30 gallon aquarium. I bought the 7' long option, and will say with confidence that the 5' option would have been a mistake. Just pay attention to what you're getting.Overall, it's a good option for smaller tanks. Minus one star because it is a little overpriced in my opinion.

Super easy to use and does a good job. I was a bit skeptical that something this simple would work to get debris off the gravel at the bottom of our 10 gallon tank. But this did the trick. Plus it made changing the water fast and easy too.

Works well, suction is powerful.

The product works well for my larger fish tanks but not so great for the smaller ones that are 10 gallons or less. It was easy to assemble and does not leak but it can be difficult to get water out of the tube once it is in there. So after a cleaning you may just have some nasty water sitting in the tube until next cleaning. It picks up sand well so in my tank that had sand substrate it would pick up that but not the waste because the fish waste was larger than the sand. It’s a bit difficult to clean but other than that I have no real problems with it. I would say if you have smaller fish that are not major waste producers and if you are okay losing a bit of the sand substrate (if you have sand) then this product is worth it and good for a beginner fish tank owner/keeper. But I would advise against getting it for smaller tanks because it will not work as well and may not work at all.

Great Product to perform water changes in my freshwater tank and vacuum the tank. I am a fairlynew fish keeper, and I was having the most difficult time using tank vacuums that did not have a little pump on them to start the flow. The other products I purchased before this one did not have a clip on them to hold the tubing in place on the bucket. This vacuum/water changer is so easy to use. The flow starts by simply pumping the handheld mechanism, and I didn’t have water spilling everywhere because the clamp hooks it on the side of the bucket. Well made and sturdy. I highly recommend.

Does exactly what it says it does. Obviously best for fish tanks around 20 gallons or less since it would take a while with larger fish tanks. You could just buy two of them to drain the water faster or get a submersible pump if you have a really large fish tank. Should work perfect if you follow the directions properly.
