I've only used it 2 nights and I have slept so much better then normal, despite those 2 nights being short nights due to work shifts.I am a very light and terrible sleeper.I have used EVERYTHING I can think of besides prescriptions to sleep better, including lavender lotion & oil as well as magnesium tablets--- but this is a LIFE CHANGER.It's scent is pleasant, but lightly lavender compared to my other lavender lotions. I would describe it as slightly medicinal (at first) and the texture is lightweight and VERY non-greasy compared to another brand I tried a friend has.I put some on my boyfriends neck & shoulders last night after suffering from a migraine most of the day, and he usually snores (keeping me awake) and I was sleeping so well, I didn't even hear him come to bed and he didn't snore at all!

It's hard to objectively evaluate the benefit of magnesium cream as a remedy. I think I've noticed a reduction in the number of cramps. I've been using it about two weeks, which is how long you're supposed to use it before evaluating it. The cream is easy to apply and it does last a good amount of time. It's not greasy; it rubs in and isn't sticky and only has limited residue on the fingers after. I usually let my soles dry for about 30 seconds before walking on them to get into bed.

This cream has become a part of my nighttime routine and helps to gently soothe my muscles and the smell is pleasant. I’ve always had neck pain and trouble sleeping and it helps me with both! The texture of the cream is light and doesn’t clog my pores or irritate my skin.

Takes care if my toe pain. Failed bunion surgery. This product numbs the pain for 2 days. I can walk at the gym and sleep well. Price is great. I let it dry before going to sleep.

The product is good but I mix it with other stuff so it doesn't really work for me

I use magnesium every single night after I get out of the shower and it is super effective. This one is really nice because it’s got a nice scent that’s not overpowering and it’s very creamy and also makes you very relaxed. Highly recommend will be purchasing again.

Nice thick consistency with a light vanilla scent!I put on my feet at night before bed.
