The NOVABLAST 5 running shoe's midsole and outsole geometry helps produce an energized ride. A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. It's complemented with an engineered jacquard upper that offers more stretch, ventilation, and durability. Better than my high expectations
Where have these been all my life? I now look at all my other shoes in disgust. I wish I could just wear these all the time. I took them straight out of the box and ran 6 miles at a tempo 8:30 pace. They were amazing and springy even though not worn in. I can't wait to keep training in these for my half marathon. But they are so comfortable just standing around in (and make you a bit taller).I have narrow feet and they work fine if I lace them properly. But they would be good for wider feet as well. I think they will be durable if you're not heal striking hard because they have enough of the thicker rubber along the bottom - not just soft foam. But they are very light weight. For the money you can spend on other shoes, I don't think you can ask for more at this price without getting carbon plate shoes that are only meant for race days.I'm in my 40s now and the knees and feet need more help. I wish I had found these long ago. They're so bouncy with the cushion but I still have enough feel for the road. These would not be great for lateral sports like tennis or basketball. But for running and walking... 5 stars.

Comfortable, Versatile, light with cushion
These are the best recovery run sneakers. They fit true to size and I have yet to come across anything else close to this price point with this much versatility. I feel comfortable using them for strides, aerobic runs and tempo threshold runs or even my training races. Great all around running shoe especially if you land slightly on the outstep. Light but great cushion.

Lightweight & Extremely Cushioned Running Shoes for Neutral Runners & Beginners
Here we have a top-tier daily trainer and an ideal first running shoe for beginners. I tried them on and what a outstanding comfort, bounce, and versatility. It features ASICS’ FF Blast+ midsole, and I noticed the soft yet energetic ride that works great for easy runs, long distances, and recovery days. It’s not ideal for high-speed intervals or runners who overpronate, as it lacks the structure for aggressive support. Still, its lightweight feel, breathable upper, and smooth transitions make it a fantastic choice for those starting out or building mileage up to a marathon.

Daily trainer?
I’ve wanting to try the Novablast since version 3. I am glad to finally pulled the trigger. So far I have put on a little over 20 miles on this pair. First, these shoes seems true to size compared with most of my shoe rotation. The heel collar is nicely padded and the tongue is minimal but doesn’t create pressure on the top of the foot. The toe box is roomy with the upper material having some flexibility and fairly breathable. I am a little confused where to use this in my shoe rotation. I have a long run shoe (Saucony Triumph) and shoes for fast workouts (Saucony Speed 2). The Novablast 5 can take the place of both shoes but probably doesn’t give you quite the speed as the Speed 2. It definitely feels well cushioned and quite bouncy. The midsole has the tallest stack height I own measuring 41.5 mm. I think this can be a great all around shoes if you’re only looking for 1 pair of running shoes. I would definitely bring this on a trip because it would be great for walking and also doing a few moderately paced runs. I’m planning to use Novablast for tempo day workouts and maybe some longer runs just to protect the legs from getting too beaten up. I also own 2 pairs of carbon shoes (Nike Vaporfly and Saucony Pro) that I only use for running events. I think the Novablast 5 will suit a lot of runners due to the stability and being fairly lightweight. This shoes is also a great deal too in my opinion. A max cushion shoes usually runs in the $160 range and uptempo shoes will set you back about $170. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and think most people will be too!

Very soft and great for shin splints.
Best running shoes ive ever owned. Im not a runner so ive befer iwned veey oricy running shoes, but these have helped a lot with shin splints during exercise. Not designed for dynamic movement or lifting heavy because they are squishy, but these are excellent for running, walking, or jumping exercises like jump Rope.

Good adjustment options to pair wider toebox w/ narrower heel, or feet that aren't identical sizes
Outstanding comfort, with a soft and bouncy feel. Light weight and nice colors. Lace placement and operation, coupled with what seems like a bit of flex in the upper, means the shoes are easy to adjust, so one can order a wide to obtain the wider toebox, but still have a narrower ankle area. Also, the adjustability is good if one's feet are not exactly the same size. Unlike some shoes out there, there seems to be some arch support, so for people with average to low arches, it isn't necessary to purchase special insoles.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: these are great shoes very comfortable. to be cushioned so much, they are very stable and even have a little spring to them while walking.i have very wide feet and worried about fit. but these actually fit pretty darn good! they do not rub the side of my big toe. my new favorites
