How do you register a Tag to a handset?

Place the tag to be registered in front of the handset. Switch on and hold down button 1 for 3 seconds or until you hear handset beep. Let go of button and tag will register. Tag will beep once. If the tag doesn’t beep see manual / check batteries.

How do you un-register a Tag from a handset?

The only time to unregister is if you want to use a tag with a different handset. Hold the left hand side button and button tag registered to simultaneously for 3 seconds or until you hear a beep. Then release both. Tag will beep twice to confirm.

I’m having problems registering a tag?

Open tag fully then close it. If it beeps twice it’s good. Try again or registerer to a different button. If it doesn’t beep, open and close again. If still no beep try new batteries. If it beeps 1 you’ve already registered the tag to the handset.

My range is less than 500ft, is this normal?
