Just broke
On its second use it just broke!!! Dropping my baby's car seat on the hard ground while he was in it. The car seat is lite also my baby is only 16 pounds!!! So I don't think it is a safe product. I am attaching a pic. So disappointed!

the handle is a bit tough to turn but that makes me feel good, I don't have to worry about it turning ...
It is most handy!! I get stopped all the time and ask what it is and where to get one. It helps me out a lot I have shoulder issues and I am fostering an newborn. The handle itself has a bit of weight to it, this is the reason for 4 starts. It is made well, the handle is a bit tough to turn but that makes me feel good, I don't have to worry about it turning by itself.

Must be better for taller people
Did NOT work for me at all, I am 5'3 and I thought this would be a life saver. Nope. Must be better for taller people, but the car seat was almost hitting the ground.

Quite possibly the greatest invention of the 21st century thus far
The LugBug is a genius contraption that solves one of the greatest problems plaguing parents of this era. While parents may endure the troublesome ergonomics (or lack thereof) in the design of contemporary market leading infant car seat carriers for perhaps at most 10 months, the risk of repetitive stress injury from these carriers is not to be dismissed. New parents will in almost every case value the safety and comfort of their child over their own and consequently parents may awkwardly handle their car seat carriers; creating unnecessary stress on the parent's shoulder or back. However, the LugBug now enables a parent to handle a carrier in relative comfort aligned with their natural body mechanics, thus reducing risk of injury.Regarding construction and quality of materials, the LugBug is solidly built. The LugBug securely locks in place on the car seat carrier handle bar and unlocking the device requires a two-step manipulation of the latch to release and remove the LugBug from the handle bar. The handle of the LugBug itself may be rotated to a stationary position achieving ergonomic optimization. To rotate the handle, appropriate downward force must be applied, which is not possible unless the attached carrier is first placed safely on the ground. Upon handle rotation and release of the aforementioned downward force, the handle will lock into place to prevent rotation while in use. The LugBug's design affords me the utmost confidence in the safety of my child in the car seat carrier while also enhancing my comfort level on the move.As a new parent myself, I would recommend the LugBug to any parent who should choose to employ the utility of an infant car seat carrier; especially if said parent must carry the car seat more than a few yards. My only proposal for improving the LugBug is to offer it in additional colors, such as the classic Universal Camouflage Pattern a.k.a. digital camo or digicam. Or, should the LugBug designers desire conformity with the modern American ACU, something resembling the contemporary OCP could be applied instead. However, my preference would be to see a digicam edition of the LugBug in the near future.

One size - doesn't quite fit all
We have a newer Graco style with the single button in the handle - which is larger than prior ones. It's hard to attach it til it clicks, and it digs into the handle a bit when it does. The function is great - once it clicks it's clearly more comfortable than other carry options - I just wish it fit around our handle easier. If I'm going to attach / detach it a lot, it'll probably not get used as much as it would if it fit. I tried asking if they suggest anything, but didn't get much help from customer service - they suggested offsetting it, which was exactly where I had been struggling to get it to fit - it's not even close over the button part.

Happy with purchase
We have a Graco Snugride car seat and it is tricky to get the lugbug to fit, but once it is closed it works fine. Sometimes I don't like how low my carrier hangs because of the height of the lugbug itself, but overall I'm happy with my purchase. Definitely helping my carpal tunnel not having to carry the car seat in such an awkward way.

Reduces strain, love this!
This is so helpful with carrying a car seat ergonomically correct. It reduces the strain on your wrist and forearm by allowing you to carry the stroller in a more natural way. It's never come undone on it's own. It does spin around some as it's universal fit and my carseat bar must not be completely round but it's fine. Love this and I will definitely gift this at every baby shower I go to from now on!

Glad we found this!
We really like the product! My back/shoulder/neck started hurting pretty badly carrying around my son in his car seat. I saw this and hoped it would help! Which it totally does! I’m still not pain free, but it’s so much better. I’m 5’7 and my husband is 6’2 and when I walk down stairs the car seat sometimes touches the ground. Not something for short people. I gave it 4 stars because part of the handle grip isn’t fully connected (see photos of what one side looks like and what it’s supposed to look like).
