This as any takes time, but definitely recommend is excellent for nails skin hair, dr berg supplements are excellent, I also take his vitamin D3K2, and his magnesium and electrolytes

I believe in Dr. Berg's products. I started taking this product over a week ago. I believe it helped with relief from the Sciatic issues I had going on. Very good product for over all health.

Dr. Berg and team did great when creating this product. I've taken it for over a month, and I rate it 5-star. Easily tolerated, and it doesn't have a bad taste like some capsules do. I take it because I'm getting older and it will benefit my aging body, but I'm really happy with this and will most likely subscribe to the recurring purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I think this is a great zinc supplement with a nice balance of minerals that work in tandem for best absorption. Glad I gave it try. Br.berg may be onto something good with this one.

Dr. Berg has good videos and good-quality supplements. If you need zinc, look at this one, not fillers or byproducts that could have negative side effects.
