Works well

Everything works except for the three-in-one soil moisture light and pH tester the moisture seems to work and the light meter may work I can't disprove it because it's in lux instead of ppfd but the pH tester does not work it always says 7 to 8 even when I mixed a 4.0 solution

the meters are great . only issues is constant calibration of the ph water meter . which if you want good reading calibration is important but this one seems to need a little extra calibrating . other than that i get good consisent readings from all tbe devices the tds meter and the soil multi meter .

Talk about a good deal. I tried the TDS and EC meter and they appear to be working well. I did not have a stable solution that I could test or calibrate it with, but they seemed to perform well. The green soil tester was a bit unreliable thought. I was hoping to be able to monitor the soil in my garden, but the meter never seemed to move at all on the PH scale. I tried waterlogging the soil and only then did I get any movement but not much. I know my soil is on the acidic side because I did some soil tests through the local extension and they did not match with this meter. Either this meter isn't reliable or the extension is doing something wrong. I'll leave it to you to decide. Maybe it's just user error, but unfortunately that included instructions wouldn't be able to help me there as they are very vague and sparse.

This VIVOSUN meter combo is functional out of the box, but long-term accuracy and build quality are major issues. The digital pH and TDS/EC meters never truly lock onto a stable reading. The readings constantly drift, slowing down over time, but it would never settle. I just had to guess the value from the drift range. Even with proper calibration techniques and lab-grade buffer solutions, the meters would not settle on consistent readings and required frequent recalibration. Another issue is the lack of moisture resistance. These meters are designed to be used in liquid making the design itself conflicting. Overall construction looks, feels, and is cheap. After a few months, the pH meter completely stopped accepting calibration and only displayed an error code. The TDS/EC meter still works, but all of the accuracy, drifting, calibration issues remain. The soil moisture meter is essentially useless. It is extremely inaccurate and inconsistent, making it unreliable for any serious plant care. Overall, this feels like a generic, low-quality set with too many problems to justify regular use. I would only recommend it in a dire emergency or as a very temporary solution.

I have owned this Ph and TDS kit for about three weeks now, and so far it seems to be holding calibration well. I compared this PH meter to my friend's high-end PH meter and was pleased to see they only differed in readings by a very small amount. I do recommend storing the PH probe in H2O Sync pH/ORP Electrode Storage Solution or another similar product. to maintain the accuracy and longevity of the probe. And would also recommend periodically calibrating the probe using BOJACK 15 Pack of pH Meter Buffer Solution Powder for Precise and Easy PH Calibration. All of which can be purchased on Amazon for a small price. If you are checking the PH and TDS levels of water for watering plants, then this is an inexpensive and pretty accurate way of doing so without breaking the bank.

Had the same issue alot of others had. Its slighty off even when its factory calibrated out the box they did it lol.. which is why i gave it a 4. But where talkin .01 so no big deal. All in all for the price .. and the money i had at the time.. i got em they work i still use em today..wish they were waterproof but thats why they make those too. Which im gonna get from vivosun. Cuz they are good pens. Just need to get that accuracy better and theh be solid a.f
