Good for taking on trips away from home when flying to find your calm when you can’t get any Trip mindful drinks. Mixes easily in water. Very fragrant! I like that it also has L-theanine and lions mane along with the 2 types of magnesium. Measuring and mixing the powder is all part of the mindfulness. I didn’t believe 1 teaspoon would be enough the first time I made up a drink as per the instructions but it definitely was - I usually add more water because I find it’s a bit strong with only 250ml - but all good, I’m drinking more water!

A bit too sweet for me. So I couldn't drink it to get thw benefits.

I love the trip drinks, but I have to admit, I was skeptical about the taste of the powder. I couldn't be more wrong! It's delicious, not chalky, not gritty (I do shake mine rather than stirring). It's light, tangy and refreshing. I slept like the dead last night as well!

I used to love this product and even recommended it to others. But the current price point is completely unjustifiable for what you get. The ingredients haven’t changed, the size hasn’t changed — but somehow it now costs more than triple what similar products offer.It’s hard to see how this can be considered good value. I genuinely can’t recommend it anymore unless the price reflects the actual quality again. There are far better options out there that don’t feel like a rip-off.
