You will need to unwrap the entire plastic and discard it. Hold on to the chalky stick. As a general rule I wash mine completely then let it dry. You want to use it at least half an hour prior to sexy time. I would wet with WARM Water only half of the stick and this is the half that you will insert inside using the general tampon rule, once inside give yourself enough of an end to grip from outside to make a few twist moves from outside -in maybe for about a minute. Then push the rest in don’t worry it will find itself out. Now sit back and watch something to get you in the mood, strong note; this is not the time to kickstart your spring cleaning. Give it about 5-7 minutes. I left mine in for 10+ minutes once, couldn’t have sexy time for like 3 days lol.
