Magnesium Body Lotion 180ml

Nice light body lotion.

I have been using BetterYou magnesium products for some time but have only recently discovered that they are available on Amazon. Magnesium is an essential mineral that the body needs but I understand that many people are low in it probably due to an unhealthy diet. We can take magnesium in tablet form but these have a reputation for affecting the gut e.g. causing diarrhoea. This was certainly my experience. I was, therefore, interested to learn that magnesium can be absorbed through the skin. In this way it bypasses the gut and avoids digestive problems. I tried BetterYou products for this reason and have tried a number of different products. I initially tried their original magnesium oil but found that this irritated my skin. I then used their sensitive version which avoided this problem. I subsequently discovered their body lotion and body butter and I have continued to use these. The body lotion contains magnesium oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil and vitamin E. It is paraben free and has not been tested on animals. It is gentle on the skin, has minimal scent and is very pleasant to use. I apply it after showering and it is good to know that as I moisturise my skin, I am also topping up my magnesium levels. I will continue to use these products rather than "normal" body lotion.

This was recommended to me to help aid sleep but I don’t think it suited me , but my friend really rated it . Just try it

The lotion goes on smoothly, tried the gel version but it dried sticky.

Great body cream for stiff shoulders

Quite strong and it works fast, just few dabs of this is enough, but more than that you would get "improved digestion". I'm giving it 4 stars as you have to buy 2 bottles which is way too much and one would probably expire before I get to use it.

I am using this product for foot and hand neuropathy. I am in my 70's. I rub the lotion on my feet and hands morning and evening. It definitely soothes the burning, tingling and stabbing pains. Neuropathy is not curable, but this lotion truly helps. Most prescribed medications pack a wallop for me on side effects to where I cannot walk, talk or drive my car. The beauty of this lotion is that I can apply as much of it as I need and get great results. Magnesium is well known for its relaxation properties and I thought it would help neuropathy. Yes it does!

I have occipital neuralgia. I also have a lot of neck pain, and I get the worst muscle spasms in the skin along my neck up towards my head. After I shower and before bedtime, I slather up my neck and shoulders areas with this magnesium lotion. It dries pretty quickly, and I have been using it for a few months now, and really feel like it's making a difference in the tightness in my neck and shoulders. It's and it sometimes leaves a little film, which is just a magnesium, but that's no big deal.

We use it on our 3 year old son. We give him a little foot massage at night and it helps him sleep!! One thing to note, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, if you have any open cuts or hang nails etc.. it does sting a bit! So make sure you wash your hands after use!

Works immensely well, my muscle ache was gone within 2 hours! The lotion itself spreads easily, isn't sticky but doesn't absorb well. The scent is like a very light generic lotion
