Adults Mouth Guard for Clenching Teeth

My dentist recommended a night guard to me since I tend to clench my teeth at night and the first several I tried were SO uncomfortable! I had a different brand I had used for a few years and really liked it, but molding it to my teeth was always a little tricky. After reading the reviews on this one, I decided to give it a try and I'm really glad I did!I molded this and tried it for the first time last night and I figured there would be an "adjustment period" and it would take some time to get used to, but it was very comfortable right away and I had no issues with it overnight. And this guard was so much easier to mold than so many others I've tried. This also has a very low profile and isn't bulky at all, I think that's the biggest factor in why its' so much more comfortable than other brands. If you need to wear a guard, give this one a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

The small was too small and the large was too large so the fit did not work for me. I heated as instructed and it was a bit too hot on my gums and was hard to tolerate, though even at this temp I had a hard time molding it. Any cooler and there wouldn't have been any contour.Good idea, poor execution as it doesn't function well for everyone. Since both sizes failed for me during the warming and molding process, I didn't get to use them and for me, this was a waste of money.

This mouth guard is thick and bulky. I tried it on both my lower and upper teeth. I immediately gagged. I know I could never sleep with this in my mouth if I can't stand it while awake and standing up. BTW, these items are not returnable. Should have known that, but didn't review the return policy in advance. Just wasted over $21 for my mistake. Read the directions - somewhat confusing. Says you should cut the excess material along the border and cut the end of handle. I can see no handle on this product, nor do I see any 'excess' material.

Night Guard, easy to use, value for money, easy to mold, comfort.

I bought 2 separate types of mouth guards to see which one I preferred. The actual mouth pieces were identical. Both required the same exact directions to mold them to your teeth. Both had the same storage box. The "UNIEDI" came with 12 cleaning tablets where the other "HALEEP" didn't. Both had 4 mouth guards in 2 sizes. It really doesn't matter which one you choose. The results will be the same. The first one I made was a trial to see how easy it goes. The second one came out pretty good. I bit down a bit more to make the teeth impression deeper. I cut it down after it cooled and used a dremel to round off the scissor cuts. The final smoothing required using a grill lighter and slightly melting the sharp edges before quickly dipping in cold water. Now it is smooth with no rough sand marks or sharp edges. It'll do for now. My suggestion is, go with whatever is the lowest price. They all seem to be the same when it comes to $16-$29 guards.

The guard is silicone. There is two sizes, I have tried both, and have found that neither one conforms to your mouth after heating. Too bulky, it honestly is an athletic mouthguard only softer. I wish I could get my money back. Totally not worth the money I spent. You cannot get a refund on this just an FYI. I would never buy this again.

I received the item, but I don’t know if I feel comfortable using it. In fact I don’t so it’s not returnable just so you know, but it is made in China and the material is questionable.

I really like this. It's the second or 3rd brand I've tried. This one is easy to form to your teeth. Doesn't have to get really hot to form. It comes in 2 sizes, one reaches my molars, one doesn't. That's an interesting option. And, it's made of food-grade, medical-grade silicone. So, you don't have to worry about microplastics.
