I’ve been really impressed with this A4 thermal printer so far. It arrived nicely boxed, with all the cables included for both charging and connecting to a laptop. Mine came partially charged, though I’d still recommend giving it a full charge before getting started.Startup was very straightforward. There’s even a roll of paper already installed, which means you can start printing straight away. I mainly use it with my phone and iPad via the Phomemo app. I’ve used the app before, so it was familiar, but if you’re new to it you may need a little time to get used to the layout. Some features in the app are now subscription-only, but there’s still plenty available to make full use of the printer without paying extra. I also connected it to my laptop. I used the company’s online help to check which drivers I needed, and the process was smooth and genuinely helpful. Once installed, my laptop recognised it immediately as a standard printer. Printing from the laptop has been very straightforward. Great for Travel and Everyday Use - As a personal preference, I’ve bought some flat A4 thermal sheets as well as extra rolls, and I also picked up a protective case for travelling. The printer is compact and light, so it’s ideal if you need to print on the go. This is a reliable, easy-to-use thermal printer that’s perfect for quick documents, travel, and everyday tasks. The only minor glitch is getting familiar with the app if you’re new to it, but once you’ve found your way around, it’s smooth sailing. Highly recommended.

I was slightly sceptical when ordering this printer but it arrived promptly, was well packaged & had clear installation instructions. It is incredibly lightweight and portable, the setup took less than 5 minutes for both my iPhone and HP Laptop and the print quality is more than sufficient for my requirements. The printer is excellent value for money, costing less than the price of an ink cartridge replacement on my old printer and has freed up so much room on my desk. It would also easily fit into my laptop bag if required.

In one word, "BRILLIANT" is heavy enough to feel sturdy yet light enough to carry around. It connects to my laptop and phone and has a neat, although busy, little app with many things to try. It also has the print document button I was looking for. The offer I bought came with a roll of thermal paper, which was fine, and the print copy was perfect, but I've since gone with the flat sheet paper option just for my own reasons and prefer once the page is printed for it not to roll back up again, which it still may do but I haven't had the need to try it yet. And regarding ink, this joyful little printer doesn't need ink. I haven't read up on how long the thermal element would expect to last, even if it is replaceable, if at all or how long I can expect its durability to last. I would certainly recommend buying this printer. It has ticked all my boxes; make sure it ticks yours.

I don’t print often, but this printer has made it so easy and stress-free. I used to have a regular ink printer, but I barely used it and the ink would always dry out or mess up the printer. This one is completely different, no ink, no hassle, and it prints perfectly every time. It’s small, lightweight, and I can just grab it whenever I need a page. Honestly, for occasional printing, it’s perfect and I love it!

The printer is and does exactly what I wanted. It's compact, so it can be stored easily, and it prints black and white documents easily. The set up was easy as well as the first print out. It connected to my phone straight away. I comes with a roll of thermal printer paper, so it can be used straight away. I don't have sheets of thermal paper , so I haven't tried that yet. I don't print frequently and I am OK with printing black and white with medium sharpness. I used to have a printer that would do colour high quality print outs. It took too my space and I spent more money in renewing dry ink than printing. So this is a great option for those that only need to print the odd document here and there and don't have the space for a bulky printer. It does look very sleek, so it would look nice if you print frequently and need it out of the box. Great value for money for those like me who are occasional printers.

Outstanding. If you just need to print black and white basic documents and sticky labels for postage this is perfect. Bluetooth straight from phone or laptop. comes out perfect. easy. compact size. zero mess. I'll never buy a huge printer that needs ink cartridges again.

Tried this printer for the first yesterday, the print quality is really good, you can choose between the density of the pint which is really useful. It's lightweight, so easy to carry around if you need to take it out and about with you, it's quiet and speedy. A great little printer, exactly what I was looking for.

Questa stampante termica è stata una piacevolissima scoperta! È leggera, comodissima da portare in giro e non occupa praticamente spazio. L’uso è intuitivo, l’ho configurata in pochi minuti senza nessuna difficoltà. La qualità di stampa mi ha davvero sorpresa: stampa molto bene, in modo nitido e uniforme, senza sbavature. Per etichette, appunti, planning e piccoli progetti quotidiani è perfetta. Consigliatissima per chi vuole una stampante pratica, veloce e senza complicazioni!
