Does what it says it will do
It is expensive for what it is, but it does do a very good job. There is no obvious smell from them which is good, no sickly false smell, but they do their job by illuminating odours.

Fell off into bin, never to be seen again
Literally lasted one bin bag! So put this on the top of our simple human in and without me knowing it had fallen into the bin bin was entered and bin man had taken away a very expensive smelly within 48 hours of buying. Wouldn’t advise buying this.

For what it is, the presentation and form factor of these odor eliminators make the product simple to use, unobtrusive, and they just work. Since I’ve started using these I have not had to experience smelly garbage.

I received free product from SimpleHuman in exchange for services provided. And I'll admit I was completely skeptical about whether these little pods would do much of anything. Boy was I wrong. I didn't realize just how much smell they were neutralizing until I ran out. There's a mild citrus-like scent while the pod is working. I'm normally very anti-scent so it took a bit of adjusting on my part. Don't be deceived by the lightness of the scent, though, because a single pod easily neutralizes cat litter and baby diaper stink. A single pod lasts me about a month. Stocking up now so I don't run out again!
