Easy to learn and play.
I bought this for my family’s vacation, and it did not disappoint. It’s simple format make it easy to learn, and each round is pretty quick, so you can play as long or short as you want. My eight year old daughter all the way up to my 74 year old mom, and even my sister in law, who is not a native English speaker, enjoyed playing this game together. I feel like we learned new things about each other, and every round had us laughing. Recommend.

A delightful conversation generator
An instant classic. I’ve played Ito on two occasions, and both times, my group played for hours. We argued about how useful a plastic bag would be on a desert island, and just how exciting it would be to discover a new species of bird. 10/10.After playing for several hours two weekends in a row with the same people, I was wishing there were more cards in the box— but this is easily remedied. My group had fun making each round about a particular player— so “important life events” becomes “important life events for Emily” and so on.The game is easy to teach and play. I love that it’s cooperative (unlike Wavelength, which is set up for teams) and the box is small, so it’s easy to travel with. You could play this on an airport floor or even in the car on a road trip (so long as someone can reach each player to deal the number cards.) This one is going to stay in my collection for a long time.

Family Fun for All!
This is a new family favorite! We love that tons can play at the same time and it's perfect for all ages. It's actually pretty hilarious to play with grandparents and young children - neither has a clue what the other is talking about (eg favorite show - Dallas vs Bluey LOL) Play for 5 minutes or play for hours... it's up to you. Highly recommend.

High interaction game for friends who just want to hang out and chat about stuff
We played Ito several times with friends this weekend. Each time we play more and more friends joined us to the point that we ran out of player markers, and used random paper to add people into the game. The game was still super fun with 14 people. The game is simple enough that we didn't have to explain it to folks who were just watching. They just got to join in.Ito is best when you have a group of friends who are willing to play along, be silly, and have strong opinions. One thing that surprised and delighted me was how the game helped everyone be creative. People would put out answers that were out of left field, because they thought they had to come up with something very objectively bad or good.

Icebreaker
Really good game to play first on game night. Gets people talking right away and pulls them out of their shells. Very simple rules, easy to learn, easy to teach. Plays fast so multiple games are very likely. Even if you don't win every time (and you probably won't), everyone has fun with this one.

A great party game
A super fun party game that does what a party game should do: teach you lot about the people in your life in a short amount of time. Do you what to know what your son-in-law thinks is the best smell in the world? Do you want to know what your neighbor thinks is the least soft thing in the world? Then play Ito. Easy to teach, quick to play, causes endless talk and laughter.
