Last night was the first time in a long time since I last used this product. But the last time I used these, I had no problems with cramping in my calves and toes. So, I am hoping I will again build up the necessary ingredients to quell the cramping. They worked well the first time.

I do a lot of bicycle riding, and somehow have legs that are more prone to post-ride leg cramps than average, so I'm always on the look-out for anything and can help give relief.I've tried a variety of the salt and electrolyte remedies and preventions but haven't found a magic bullet in any of them so far. I do still use them for every ride, but when I get the first sign of a leg cramp, I take these homeopathic tablets to try and calm the legs down.I have found that they are not a miracle cure, but they definitely do help, so I take them along with the salt/electrolyte pills to get relief.I do have some advice when taking homeopathic remedies. The recommended dosage on the box says to take 2 or 3 tablets every four hours. I only take when I've already got a cramp, so waiting that long renders it useless. The box further states to take every 15 minutes if no relief, but my experience is that once you have a cramp and have taken a dose, with or without taking any other remedy, it is best to take another dose of this homeopathic remedy as soon as the tablets have dissolved and keep taking them until the cramps have passed, which for me might take half an hour. The box says not to take more than 6 doses, which is about what it takes for me to get past the problem.Again, these are a subtle remedy, as all homeopathics are, so they require a finesse approach to using them effectively. I have given them 5 stars not because they are 100% effective immediately, but because they do help and when you're getting a leg cramp, anything that helps is very welcome. Homeopathic remedies have no know side effects of any kind, so no worries about doing damage is a plus too. I've been taking a variety of homeopathic remedies for many years and have found several that have proven quite valuable. I've added this product to that list and keep it on hand. I've also tried tons of homeopathic remedies that did not help whatever. I ignore the ones that do not help and move on, knowing that some of them do work very well.

I've been having lots of leg and feet cramping so I thought what the heck i will try this. I have tried a lot of things. This works but it takes 3 tablets and it take a while before relief comes. Will i buy again maybe or I might move on to the next.
