We purchased the 2Kw version for our conservatory to replace a similar powered heater with a impossible to set mechanical timer and have not looked back! Not cheap but good value for money and very practical. It looks well put together and finds in well with our decor (white version). I can't find a fault to report.It is a really good heater and, despite what some customers said, it is simple and effective to control on the TCP app and Alexa via a skill. What more do you want? I cannot understand why some customers failed to sort out the Wi-Fi control because it was straightforward. Maybe our Linksys/Gigaclear Wi-Fi is of a suitable standard and therefore setting it up was simple.I did try the controls on the heater itself but quite honestly I only anticipate using them "once in a blue moon" if Alexa/WiFi is down.

Where to start! My place is electric only and had storage heating which anyone with storage heating will know they’re crap!These are so amazing. There are two version. 1500w and 2000w. I have installed them in my whole house. I opted for the 2000w to give a bit more power, however I would advice you get the 1500 if you’re having many and plugging them into standard wall sockets.Reason being on full power with all active. The fuse box might trip as that’s a lot of power at once!They’re so easy to install anyone can do it.They have a rich feature set and are very efficient. They moved a reasonable sized room two degrees in 10 minutes which is amazing. You can control them with your phone and setup groups so you can switch the whole house on like central heating. You can time them and have each room different temperatures too. So if you have hot kids their rooms can be set lower than the rest of the house.I can’t be more happy with them. TCP also do other items like wifi plugs and light switches. I’ve used them to time other things. I have a towel rail that is part of this for the bathroom.Everything works seamlessly.However there is one issue. I set up a group that turns everything on together with all the settings set. Some of the setting would get missed so I ended up only telling they to do 4 things each rather than like 7.They’re slim line. Glass fronted. So the glass warms up too making them keep heating even once they switch off. Just not for long.If you don’t have gas and you want central heating. These are the ones to have. I tried out a few of these in different brands and these were the best. Welcome to ask me anything if you need help deciding or want to know what it’s like.My daughters room I mounted it higher up the wall so she can accidentally touch it. And that is so handy. They look amazing, I went for white because most radiators are white and black looked to modern for my place. But black does look nice too.You can control them from the touch panel too but the app is great. I have a cheap tablet on the wall for others to use and I just use my phone.I don’t even have to have the heating timed to come on. If I’m out I press a button on my phone and the heating comes on for 1 hour and it’s warm by the time I get home.Really really fantastic devices and they won’t break the bank!!! 😁

I purchased 5 of these to replace older electric heaters at our lodge, look great and give off a good heat even at low power. Have set them up on the app which allows me to turn them on while travelling so always nice and warm when we arrive

Unfortunately after setting the heater up to keep a constant temperature it will just ‘forget’ at times.Either not turning on and off when it’s supposed to or changing the temperature it’s set to. This is without it being an unpluged or moved. Unfortunately this means I have to check up on it most days rather than just being able to set up and forget.Also the backlit panel is super bright and the nightlight is still way too bright to be used overnight. We cover it up to get by but not convinced this is the safest option. Seems a bit of an oversight in design.As a heater it does exactly what you want, heats up quickly, has lots of options and looks smart. The app works well and is easy to use.There’s just no way this can be 5 stars with the above issues.

Easy to set up, heats up fast and easy to assemble

Looks ok, good heat . But not easy to programme or synth with phone, smart speaker or smart plug

The heater as such is strong and heats the room very fast. But will not connect to the app to use any smart functions, which is frustrating, we followed all online instructions and it made no difference at all. Amazon offered refund for return, but no use when it's already mounted on my bedroom wall. The reviews of the app provided by the manufacturer speak for itself, most people have same issue with all their smart products.
