Extremely disappointed. Brand new machine never worked
I purchased the DeLonghi Dedica about a month ago, and it has never worked—not even once. I followed all the instructions carefully, watched troubleshooting videos, and consulted every official guide available. Despite doing everything right, the machine simply does not function.I have tried reaching out to Amazon UAE customer service but haven’t received any real support or resolution. For a premium brand like DeLonghi, this experience is extremely disappointing.I am leaving this review in the hope that someone finally takes action and helps resolve this issue. I either want a working replacement or a full refund immediately. This is unacceptable for a brand new product. Also for other people that is thinking to purchase it to be aware
