Works well with good internet speed.
I like it. However, Sometimes menu can get stuck and picture gets lost. You have to unplug it and wait for it to reset itself.Most of the time it’s excellent.

Easy to use.
Bought this to replace one I’ve had for some time, the remote is different from my previous one, took a little time to get used to it. The box switches off when not in use, which is good for saving energy.

Pictures quality is not great with most of the time frozen
First MAG524-V3 did not work at all and then it was returned. Second one re-ordered and received which worked with intermittent issues. Frequently, the picture was frozen with connection loss and it needed reboot. Now, after 6 months down the line, it has completely stopped working. Had a chat with Amazon customer help line but no help. I only got refunded with one but they say made two refunds which did not tally and the chat ended. Very frustrated and disappointed. Absolutely, no recommendation for this item.

Cheaper than vigin tv!
Dont know if broadband is weak or servers break down, lots of rebooting box, quite frustrating
