I know that this is intended to be a plant holder but I bought it with the intention as using it as a bird feeder. It’s actually a better price than most decent quality feeders out there. Plus, it’s very stylish. The disk is sturdy and fits nicely in the macrame. The disk is secure and won’t fall out; I had 4 birds sitting in the disk at once with the planter swaying. Overall, it’s a great product and recommend...however you choose to use it.

Update: this unfortunately did not work well for me because the saucer would not stay in place(there is nothing to hold it in place inside the macrame hanger and it is a huge pain to get it back in place.) My hanger I ended up using directly around a pot and I’m using the plastic saucer for another plant. So far the pieces are working well separately. I actually think it’s a really cute macrame holder and the pink pot I put in it is an 8” and it holds it no problem(so far anyway😬, hopefully the weight will be okay!) ...and even though it didn’t work very well for my fern the price was good and I would probably buy it again(with a plan to use pieces sepatately.) This macrame hanger is very nice looking. The cords lay flat against the underside of the tray. It's easy to level the tray no matter where you place items on it.It's very sturdy and, depending on the hook you use, holds a lot of weight. The single, etched, terra cotta pot in one of my pics is not huge but it weighs 2 lb. 13 oz. Even with the other items the tray did not show any signs of distress or bending.The cords are long enough that a fairly tall plant should fit.I'm very happy I bought this and highly recommend it.

Figured I'd put a pic up of what these hangers look like with a 12" pot. I'm beyond happy with this purchase. Not only are they sturdy and attractive, but they're so soft. I'm not a fan of hangers with a million strings attaching to the ring, because I feel like they hide the plant. These hangers are a lovely compliment and an amazing deal.

This plant hanger is great! I needed something for my spider plant that allowed me to hang it and water it while in the holder. I previously was using a macrame hanger and had to remove the plant every time I needed to water it which was causing the leaves to bend. This hanger looks great and is exactly what I was looking for. Great length too.

This is sold as a hangar for an extra large pot. If that’s what you’re looking for, DONT BUY IT! You’ll be so disappointed in the size. It’s small. I’m not sure I would even say it will hold a medium sized (9in) pot. I didn’t attempt any size pot cause I’m returning it and I don’t want to get it dirty.However if you are looking for a holder for a smaller pot, this would work. I would have to go look at options again to know if the price is decent when comparing it to other small hangars.

I love it with or without the tray. I actually can’t decide if I’m gonna put the tray or not. For now I’m using the tray for my other plant on the coffee table in the living room and it looks cute too. I wanna buy a couple more! Thank you for the fast shipping!

I feared that it might be flimsy and hard to keep level, but instead it’s very functional and attractive. I would order it again. Having the tray instead of just a pot prevents any dribbling or overflow when I water the plants, and the tray is easily removable for cleaning.
