At first, great! Then a day later, chaos.Outgoing texts said the texts were sent, recipients said no. Outgoing calls were difficult without first turning on and off airplane mode, couldn't connect to wifi.Received texts from lots of strangers I don't know, volume is difficult to hear at loudest setting. No case made for this model.

You can read the stats. Based on that, it looks like a great phone - memory, screen size, camera, etc. There are some fatal flaws to me that are making it another loser in my search to replace my beloved OLD phone the LG V60.Fingerprint reader - does not pick up readings and therefore never worksBattery power is worse than my 5 yr old+ phone - At max power savings w/bluetooth and wifi enabled, no calls or video I got around 14 hours of power. Fast charge does not work. If playing a game, then even plugging in will not keep up with the power drain.There is no onboarding function for setup so transferring data between phones is challenging requiring lots of manual setup steps (literally going to the Play Store, downloading, and logging in to gain access to the app).No one makes a phone case for this phone and it is not rugged by nature. The case that comes with the phone only covers the back half of the phone and it doesn't protect the camera lenses at all.Certain apps behave oddly such as my password vault which forces me to login and 2FA in every time I need to fill in a password.The phone settings are very rudimentary compared to a five+ year-old phone.

This phone is awesome! I thought it was an iPhone but it's not. It is an Android phone with a similar name.It works better than I thought it would.

There are no instructions on how to transfer data from old phone to the new phone. There is no website for this phone listed anywhere. I got the phone just 3 days ago. Hence, I don't know much about battery life etc. But it is excellent value for money. Phone is working well.
