Ozone Generator 60,000mg/h, Ozone Machine Odor Removal Ozone Odor Eliminator Ozonator Air Ionizer Deodorizer for Home/Car/Smoke/Pet Odor

I bought this when I started a fire in my fireplace insert with wood not completely seasoned and i had never serviced (cleaned) the fireplace in 8 yrs. I received a smoke fog back into my home for about 10 minutes while I tried to decide what to do. NTL, I had a smoky smelling home now. I had used one of these at work to neutralize odors in cars that were smoked in or even had people living in them (bio-odor) is aweful.Cut to the chase….Ran it twice upstairs with all doors opened for only 30 minutes each and twice downstairs for 1hour each and odor nearly gone. We did mop floors and wipe down hard sufaces and leather couch but no wiping of walls, no drape cleaning etc. This unit is powerful and does the job. Many swimming pool cleaners are ozone generators. Follow the instructions….( dont stay in any area being treated. air out the room or car etc after treatment. Run your fan or a/c as well while treating. My home is 1200ft2 upstairs and 1400ft2 downstairs for camparisons.

This ozone generator definitely does what it is supposed to. I used it in the back area of my house, and it cleared out every odor. No more musty or damp smells. It is quite effective in eliminating whatever the odor issue was. Operating the unit was fairly easy with a main power switch in the back of the unit and a timer in the front to set the operation time length. The instruction manual is very helpful on how long to set the timer, depending on the area size that is to be treated with the ozone generator.The size of the generator is big enough to be effective but still small enough to carry it around and store away easily. The unit I received only needed about 15 minutes to treat around 200 square feet of our house. That seems pretty quick. The first-time use was a bit odd because nothing turns on immediately. The generator has a delayed start (30 - 45 seconds) so you can leave the room before it cranks up the ozone. It should stop running after the timer runs down to zero. My generator unfortunately has a semi-broken timer that is inconsistent on whether or not it will work properly. But considering how powerful and effective this unit is, I think I can work around that timer issue. 4 stars.

The product is compact and appears to be of good quality. The product was used in a storage area that was formerly a coal-cellar with dimensions of approximately 15 x 5 x 9 feet. The area has become almost stifling with the smell of mold and mildew, to the point of having to wear a ventilation mask upon entering. I placed the product up on a platform and ran it on two separate occasions within 4 days for 60 minutes on each occasion. The change in the air quality was remarkably improved, with little to no trace of the mildew odor. The product was quiet, efficient, and remained cool to the touch. Depending on the longevity of the product, which will be determined after continued use, this product appears to be of good value for the relatively modest cost. At this point I would recommend the product for its performance and positive effect on neutralizing mold and mildew.
