Cheap quality. Died in 13 months
The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Do not buy this model. Mine died in less a year. Many issues. not worth your money.

Ninja REALLY missed it with this one!!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked it the Ninja name and reputation and for the ability to use ground coffee or switch to K-cups, but this Ninja Dual Brew XL is a piece of junk. It worked great for a month, then it started giving me the error messages “clog” and “add water.” The water reservoir was full to the max line. I followed the instruction manual for clearing the clog but, lo and behold, there was no clog! 🤬 Now it doesn’t work at all, just sits on my kitchen counter looking pretty. By all means, skip this Ninja product!
