Initially, there was a problem with the app and trying to connect one of the key fobs. I reached out to tech support, who was able to assist with getting the firmware updated. This resolved the issue.

Did not fit or close door
So the top part works ok.The bottom part doesnt work at all. I installed it as the manuel said. However, when i closed the door it wouldn't close. The door would not close or didnt close. Im very disappointed on this product!!!

Easy to use and set up
This smart door lock is pretty easy to set up both physically and via the app. I was able to set up different PIN codes for different people. You also have the option of physical keys or a tag. And since it battery operated, it’s even safe from power outages.I already bought a door knob version of the same brand for my office.
