This is great anti-viris software. Found 2 more threats than McAfee did, and does not bombard me with adds.

Bitdefender has been my go to software for many years now. As I have tried other antivirus softwares in the past, since switching to Bitdefender I have never gotten a virus or had issues with security. The product is reliable, and very reasonably priced compared to other options that dont offer protection and other features that are so robust. Highly recommend. Very honest company with great customer service,as well as offering free trials. This is something that usually stands out with a good company that knows they have a great product. I did purchase their product once and then realized their was a better deal, they easily rectified the issue for me so I got the cheaper price and just extended my existing license for more years. Great customer service.

Bitdefender keeps your computer secure day and night. What's nice is it does not have a ton of bloatware like Norton or NordVPN. Norton not only loads down your computer but also charges up to $35 per month. NordVPN has gotten worse in dropping out quite frequently to much frustration. I'd rather use Bitdefender's VPN option as well. I've used Bitdefender to secure my mic and video and later when using Microsoft's Teams- for the life of me I could not over-ride it. Then to my pleasant surprise I realized Bitdefender was doing its job in the background. I will definately renew my subscription. The only drawback is it is not available for Linux, then again I really don't need it for Linux because it is not Microsoft Windows :-) A Linux VPN might be nice though. You can't go wrong using Bitdefender. Outstanding value for the price too!

Ive been using Bit Defender for a while now, and while it generally does okay, it has some weird behaviors where it finds what it thinks is malware (usually my powershell scripts) and it locks them in such a way that it requires a machine reboot to unlock them. It's also a bit annoying with the default settings, trying to get you to use their VPN and other marketing popups, but that's easily remedied by turning off things in settings. It's also not very good for advanced users who want to tweak it to their needs, sometimes it's hard to tell whether a detection is coming from AV or from other part of their "suite". Just give me a flat "advanced user" view.

I have been using Bitdefender for several years. Since I started using it, I haven’t found any other product that is a better overall value, so I keep renewing my subscription every time it is close to expiring. Bitdefender is not only the most comprehensive security product I have used in terms of the variety of different online threats it protects me from, but it has had no noticeable impact on the performance of the computers I use it on. I subscribe to the Family Pack since that allows me to install it on up to 15 devices. I notice that the normal price on Amazon is $200 for the 2-year subscription, but it often goes on sale for 50% off ($100). So I would recommend waiting for one of those sales to order it.

So far this has been an excellent value. You get enough codes to do 15 devices, so I can do all the phones for everyone in my family plus laptops. And I have extra licenses left over. It seems to do exceedingly well at filtering out junk mail and keeping me from wandering into suspicious websites. The price was fantastic and it is very well reviewed so I feel very comfortable using it for all my electronics. Very happy
