Quality/Effective/ ONCE a day!
Great/ Quality product. I have taken these since right after my bariatric surgery. I’ve had no issues with my tummy or otherwise taking these. They are easy to swallow capsules and I feel great. Blood work levels are always in range when checked. No taste or smell and I love that I only have to take one a day. I’ve seen other brands but if you have had surgery, you know you’re probably on more than one supplement anyway or you take other medications. I didn’t want to feel like I was taking supplements like snacks all day. Once a day is great and effective with this. And my drs office recommended this brand so I felt confident in the choice.

The smell!
Disgusting smell that’s hard to stomach. Fortunately, I had a leftover peppermint vitamin insert that I added to the bottle, which helped. The smell can still be overwhelming. If you’re sensitive to smells then I suggest you reconsider.
