These have been a game changer for me! I love these vitamins because they are a really comprehensive quality product it's a good blend of different types of vitamin B it contains all the B vitamins. It's easy to chew it's sugar-free it tastes great it looks cute too the pinkish peach color makes me feel like I'm having a treat when I'm staying sugar free. I used to buy another brand in strawberry (which I still love) so the peach took a moment to get used to but I love these, too. I do take a capsule-form of vitamin B every day.
