Best investment
It's everything I need it. Best investment and this is my second bike. My first bike is the H 100 hannavier. This one is superior I love my walkie

Excellent customer service they backed their product 100% I had a problem with my rear brake line and they sent me a new one 🕜

No customer support
I could have bought a cheaper bike with same specs, but I paid premium for a name brand. Had a problem putting it together, turns out both phones numbers listed go unanswered, I did get a reply from email, but all they said was send a pic of problem, which i did, never heard from them again. SO, my brand new $1700 bike, i had to drill through the frame and put a screw in the seat post so it would stay. THe App is a scam, it requires a credit card to set up and states it will charge you 49$ a month to use it. THe bike its self is not to bad, but the company apparently sucks.

Very good just what I was looking for

Unreliable
Received the bike I was so I excited but when I turn it on assembled the bike the bolt and screw for head light and front fender was the wrong size, the screen was stuck on 08P and I couldn’t excite to the main menu their was no power motors, when I got that figured out and had the bike started running the speedometer didn’t work and the odometer. I also found out that the front motor doesn’t work when I was testing it the front tires don’t spin at all. Their customer is really frustrating to work with. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT BUY WALLKE E-BIKES
Do not buy products from this company. It might last 1 year but after that becomes a very heavy conventional bike. Both battery and display failed on me which they had no replacements for. Stay away from them.
