I am incredibly torn over this cleanser. First, I am not sure that I would call it a gel cleanser - more a liquid cream cleanser. It has a lot of fragrance and it's an interesting smell to me. I have the worst time figuring out what exactly I smell, and this is no different. It's also not a large tube of cleanser, and that price point is... ouch! I almost feel guilty using it and even more if I wash 2x!I have extremely sensitive skin and I did break out after using this. I've been waiting to try it again with no other products to see if my skin does better.

Totally misleading! You actually have to buy a whole separate additional $40 product from them just to use this one as directed! And no where on the listing does it tell you this. In fact, the listing actually advertises completely different directions than the actual product. See photos attached. This Moisture Cleanse by Josh Rosebrook is pure luxe! The scent is light and herbal reminiscent of having a facial in an upscale spa. This is a creamy gel cleanser with a rich consistency, that’s not too thick. When adding water, it creates a beautiful rich lather that’s easy to apply to face and cleanse without pulling or tugging. The formulation prioritizes gentle cleansing while protecting skin barrier and providing moisture. I wear makeup and cleanse twice with this to insure my pores are clean. My skin feels so wonderful and clean after using this product! I appreciate great skin care, but having a luxurious cleanser that is so beneficial for my skin is an amazing foundation for healthy, vibrant skin. This 3.3 ounce tube came safety sealed for purity. This is an amazing value for this quality!

This cleanser is decent for what it is. It’s a thick gel type cleanser that lathers pretty well and leaves your face feeling clean. The only drawback is if you read the instructions, it says you need another product in addition to this cleanser for it to work as intended. So I feel that is misleading when selling products online, they should come in a set if you need both for it to work. I’d stick with any other gel cleanser considering that fact.

I've learned that Josh Rosebrook is also an esthetician.I think this gentle cleanser is a keeper. I didnt feel my skin dry out after the gentle, but thorough cleaning. Yet my face felt very clean and so very soft afterwards. It has a lightly herbal scent and leaves your face feeling both clean and nourished. Only a small amount is needed per application, so the 3.3 oz container holds enough to last a long time. To ensure freshness, the container arrives with a seal that must be removed after the cap is taken off.
