Hey! I thought I was buying Bison like the Amazon description stated! Then I received the box eager to dig in, and I read the package where it says BEEF ADDED! What? Where was that in the description?! If you're going to sell Beef, sell Beef just keep it out of the Bison! Or sell it as Beef/Bison. Just to be fair I tried it.... no texture, flat flavor very sad attempt at true Bison Jerky! Please do a better job at Jerky descriptions! I'd love to go on, but I've got to get this ready for return!

This is my all time favorite jerky I have ordered so many times! I wish the price was a little bit cheaper so I can afford more. I have a food allergy so this is perfect because it’s gluten-free.

It's nearly flavorless. I could only taste a hint of elk

I ordered this a few times because I thought I was getting something wholesome and healthy. The last time it was clearly spoiled or worse. There are some excellent products to buy that don't make a mockery out of the animals on their packaging and that don't come (visibly) rotten or spoiled.

Portion size is very small. Flavor is okay, just like store bought beef jerky. Not elk jerky flavor at all.

So good. Just the right amount of spice. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for

I got a bunch of different jerky to put together as alittle man crate for my husband & all of his groomsmen before our wedding to enjoy. They loved it!

Have to chew 30 seconds or more to get past the initial mineral/metallic taste that overpowers all of the flavor. Their snack sticks are much much better
