Lot of hard work but just keep pushing

It doesn’t spring back as shown in the video and I’m still waiting for my refund as the company sent out 3 items so 2 where sent back 2 weeks ago

Missing control
Unfortunately the timer and programme selector seems to be missing. I didn't try the product without it as the control is something I personally need so have returned for a refund
