Q: Why do they say to take these early in the day? I feel rather tired after taking them this morning. Anyone else have this experience?

Mag 3D contains Panax Ginseng which has an energizing effect. However, most people are fine taking it at any time of day without interrupting sleep. We do suggest taking your last dose at least a few hours before your bed time.

Q: What size are the capsules please? I have trouble getting them down if they are too big.
