PT-1 Multi-Function Keychain Tool, Stainless Steel

This is exactly the tool I needed. I mainly use the bottle opener side to tighten the large screws on my bike. Absolutely zero signs of wear. This thing is a tank. No moving parts, no problems. I can’t imagine giving this thing enough torque to damage it. I love how compact it is. It fits right in my EDC case. I take it everywhere I go.

I can't believe how much I like this thing. While Kershaw tends to make nice products, I just needed a new keychain and this completed my minimal order amount. I wasn't expecting much, but it turns out that this is a really great box opener, plastic piercer...and probably a good bottle opener. The key is the size and grip area, it fits nice in your hand and allows you to put pressure where it needs to be. Not a lot of tools but way better than I was expecting.

Good keychain tool. Super lightweight but still durable. Bottle opener, pointed end near bottle opener works to open boxes, opposite end is a flat tip screwdriver or a small pry device. Decent design by kershaw. They put out so much every year. Inexpensive for those on a budget. Easy to use and offers good utility for most people’s needs. Cheers!

So, I bought this on a whim, to replace my other very similar tool that magically disappeared somewhere (I think it just got lost out in the field). Very glad I bought this, though, because it is SO much better!! It's like a giant slab of metal in comparison, which I love!! It's just so much more robust than the other one and the right size for my applications. While this does work on opening bottles, too, I actually instead use this for my gear, which has large flat-head screws. They need to be removed quickly sometimes, but must be torqued tightly as well, and it's not always convenient to carry a large screwdriver around, either. However, this accomplishes EXACTLY all of that!! Love it so much that I now just wear it around my neck with a quick-release buckle. Did I mention the price on this is sweet, too?! I should buy a few more just to have as a backup!! Dare I suggest they attempt to make one of these in Titanium?! That would be awesome!! Great product, five stars!! Thank you!!

Awesome little keychain from Kershaw. Better than expected very durable. Size is perfect for a keychain and all utilitys are what i needed in a multitool. Bottle opener worked great and package opener was sharp for this need. Great job Kershaw with this utility keycahin tool.

A small but mighty tool—it gets you out of a jam; the price is good and the quality is very high.

I use mine to open soda cans and coke glass bottles and adjust my cigar lighters. Very handy!

If you're debating between this and the Nite Ize DoohicKey, I would go with the DoohicKey. Reasons for DoohicKey: It's lighter and thinner. The box opening part is finer, so it's closer to a cutting edge without being a blade compared to the Kershaw. The carabiner like clip makes attaching to things easier. (The clip feels a tad flimsy compared to a true carabiner clip, but so far has held up.) Reasons for Kershaw: As one good YouTube reviewer points out: the bottle opener is better, the flat head end is useful for... well, flatheads, and not having the wrench hole area in the middle is good for stuff not getting stuck in there, like keys. To that I would also add: if you have bigger hands, don't mind the chunkier size and weight, need the flat head option and want a comparatively better bottle opener. Note: If you remove the plastic on both sides (they are easily removable), to thin it out it doesn't make much of a dent in the bulky feeling.

A nice solid little piece of equipment. It does everything it promises to do and it looks great. The mini pry bar is very useful.
