This bed broke within 1 hour of set up - Can't get help from seller or manufacturer: Reverie
No one is responding to requests for help. This bed weighs 200 pounds and requires much work to get it in place. It now sits in our bedroom with the back stuck in an upright position and is unusable. Company not responding.
