I've waited a while before reviewing these gloves.First, let me start by talking about the customer service of the company that sells these. Before I even received them, I got an email from them letting me know they were on the way and giving me resources to seek help if I needed it or had any questions. About a week after receiving the gloves, I got another email just to ensure I received them and again letting me know if I had questions how to get help. Pretty impressive.I'm not your average, in-shape gym guy. I'm 51 and working to shed some extra weight and build my muscles again. I'm saying this so readers understand I don't really have a lot of experience with different gloves to compare against these, and they don't get real hard use from me.What I have found is they are very well made. My hands are large, and these are tight on them (as I like it). I figured they would start to come apart at the fingertips as I'm pulling on them to get the gloves off. I also thought these would bleed some of the "black" dye into my hands as other gloves I've purchased have. I am very happily wrong on both counts. The gloves are holding together great and there isn't any dye coming off these gloves. The wrist wraps are sewn well and holding up fine.I can't see a situation at this point where I'd change my mind, and I highly recommend these gloves, at least to the "average" guy or gal out there trying to get into better shape with free weights and looking for gloves.

THUS FAR, I am loving these! I lift heavy 5 days of the week and these are proving to be a quality pair of gloves. In the past, I would purchase whichever pair Wal-Mart had in stock (typically the Gold's Gym brand) and they would be completely tattered within 2 weeks. Instead of continually wasting money on poorly manufactured gloves, I spent a couple hours researching various brands and reading outside-of-Amazon reviews; these gloves received positive reviews on a variety of Top 10 lists. They offer flexible support for the wrists and the padding is just enough, without being too much. My knuckles swell in the mornings, so taking my wedding ring off each time I weightlift is a inconvenient ordeal; these gloves, however, protect my ring from damage, negating the need to remove it beforehand. I would definitely recommend these!

Awesome Gloves. This is my second pair. The first pair started splitting in the palm at about 3 months of use. I was thinking these gloves are not that great. Well I ignored the split, and it never got worse. I've been using them daily for about 2 years and they are still full in tact and functional. I bought a new pair, only because I bought a large the last time, and I should have bought extra large. I will keep the old gloves as a backup. The gloves don't fall apart, they withstand the rigors of daily lifting, and I love the wrist support. I HIGHLY recommend these gloves.

I ordered these gloves back in January (2017), however I did not star using them till the end of February/start of March. I have been going to the gym 5-6 days a week. Over the 7 months the gloves have shown signs of normal wear and tear. I am right handed and the wear and tear is surprisingly minimal (see pictures) however the left glove has not held up so well showing far worse signs of wear and tear than it should be at this point (especially when compared to the right glove). This is the first set of weight lifting gloves that I've purchased and can say the work the way they are supposed to! As I was a newbie to the gym, I was going without gloves and started to develop blisters underneath both my middle fingers (which is where my grip is centered I guess). As soon as I started going to the gym with these weight lifting gloves, that problem disappeared within a couple of weeks. Now, that might be the case with any gloves but I can only vouch for this one. They are comfortable and provide my wrists with ample support when I'm doing any activity that requires a grip. I've been using them about 2-4 times a week for the last couple months and they haven't shown any signs of breaking down.I was also reading up on some other gloves prior to purchasing these and noticed people were having problems with the dye coming off the gloves. I haven't experienced it myself with these gloves but will update people if I do.On a side note, I received multiple e-mails prior to even receiving these gloves to ensure me that they were on their way and that if there was anything they could do, to contact them. I didn't have a need to contact them but can tell if I ever did need anything with their products, they'd very likely back it. Can't say that about some of the other third party sellers on Amazon!

These have the makings of some really great gloves, with one relatively minor flaw, not for practicality, they work great, I've been using them for months now and the padding hasn't worn down and they are structurally sound and comfortable.The only problem lies in the straps, they are made of stretchy fabric as you'd expect, however the velcro attaches very easily to that, instead of the other velcro pad. Meaning that after a while the straps will become very frayed where the velcro hooks have snagged on it either while you're putting them on, putting them down, storing them anywhere etc...Other than this flaw I have to say i'm very happy with them overall, If you don't mind them looking kinda crummy after a while these are excellent.

These gloves are superb. They have been a lifesaver for my gym sessions, and have helped stop my blisters and damaged hands when I am lifting heavy weights.I always found that when gripping the bar, especially with heavier weights, I was getting blisters near the bottom of my fingers. It was very annoying and made the next session at the gym really painful when the bar pressed against the blister that had formed.I came across these awesome gloves which offer protection for your hands, and also give you an improved grip and even wrist support.I didn't realise before, but the wrist support is actually incredibly useful, especially as you upgrade to heavier and heavier weights. You'll start to find that your wrists want to bend when you try and do your reps, so by strapping these gloves around your wrist, you can stop that from happening and maintain perfect form for every rep of every set.The only minor downside, and the reason that this product loses a star, is because the wrist support straps do come loose after each set, even if I do them really tightly. They don't come off the velcro, they just slide down your wrist. I tried some other gloves on that a friend had to make sure it wasn't just me making the mistake, but the other gloves stayed in place the entire gym session which lasted an hour across various different exercises.So overall, I'd highly recommend these gloves for added support, grip and to prevent injuries to your hands such as blisters. But the straps could be improved to make these gloves perfect.

I have had a pair of these Nordic lifting gloves for just over two years at time of writing this review, and they are still going strong, I have no hesitation in recommending them, they are a really good well made product, and I will buy another pair when these give up the ghost, but no sign of that yet.But the real reason I am writing this review is to answer the question posed by people in the questions section, “Are these gloves washable?” NO! They are not, they have a lot of leather in their construction, and this will dry out, crack and fall apart. My solution to keeping them clean and hygienic is to treat them the same as I do my footwear, which are leather and get sweat in them, I use Odor eater shoe spray after every use, or ASDA’s equivalent, which smells nicer, hence I believe, why mine have lasted this long.

I've now owned these gloves for 4 years.They've been used 3/4 times per week and have stood up well.Yes, the seam on one has started to go and there is a bit of foam padding peeking through, yes, the finger stitching has started to loosen on a couple of fingers, but hey, with the thousands of tons of free weights that these have lifted what do you expect.I imagine they still have a good couple of years left in them.And when the sad time comes to replace them, I will have no hesitation in re-ordering the same again.As far as I'm concerned, for the money they represent fantastic value.Highly recommended.I hope you found this review helpful.

Bought these because my kettlebells were giving me hardened blisters on my hands (bottom of the fingers on the palm). I've used these a week now and already noticed an improvement! I don't feel the kettlebell pinching my skin anymore when I grip it and the hardened skin is softening already for wearing these to protect my hands. The stretchy wrist straps are a bonus cause the gloves are on securely and also, when doing press-ups and dumb-bells my wrists feel supported. So even noticing benefits to other workout moves I hadn't considered needing to wear gloves for. Definitely do recommend these.

These gloves gave me exactly what I needed - good padding on the palms, that bit of extra support for the wrists, and a comfortable fit. Even at the end of a session sweat is not a problem, and the wrist supports are quick and easy to adjust. Only minor criticism, the middle finger could be a little longer to make it a little easier taking them off. I think these are ideal for someone like me who lifts moderate weights up to the more 'lifting a house'serious lifters. They are also good for general work. Thoroughly recommend this product (and they arrived in one day by the way!).
