I am very happy with this because it makes cooking my seeded buckwheat flatbreads fun.Before I used it I sanded it down a bit to get a smooth surface after which I seasoned it four times in the oven (diagonally due to small oven).Food doesn't stick once the plate is hot enough and it's easy to clean. I wipe it down afterwards while it's hot, lightly oil and rub it down again to remove excess. Never use soapy water because it will remove the seasoning. If it needs a hot water wash dry it straight afterwards and pop it onto the hob, heat it up to get it completely dry and rub a bit of oil on. Leave to cool.It won't rust with proper care and I've never heated it higher than number 4 (of 6) on the electric cooker.I'm really glad I bought this because it cooks beautifully and is easy to care for. I love it.

Hard to wash the backing comes off. You need to cover it in oil then put in the oven to bake in the oil. Sets off my fire alarm

Ok - iron casting bit poor in places on product

It’s really good but for some reason after cleaning I have to dry it otherwise u get rust stains
