Whats the difference between the go find 11 and 22

The Go-Find 22 has 2 audio tones (ferrous and non-ferrous) as opposed to 1 in the 11. It also comes with a 3 level depth indicator and a 5 level volume adjustment, where the 11 has no depth indicator and 3 volume levels.

Is there a Headphone socket, if so what type of headphones are compatible.

The headphone socket is on the lower left hand side of the control box. It is a 1/8" mini jack socket.

What length is it dismantled

I bought it as a gift but as I recall it was approximately 18 inches.

Would this be any good for a child. Would it adjust to be useable by A tall 6yo? Am not keen on the kids-toy detectors this looks more pro.

The stem length is fully adjustable with a maximum length of 130cm. So it may be used by an adult or child when the length is adjusted to that person.
