Ecozone Kettle & Iron Descaler Sachets, Pack of 3

Arrived on schedule. Fair price. Good product.Does a good job. Easy to use if you follow instructions.

This is a simple, easy to use product. I followed the instructions to the letter, it bubbled and fizzed and to be fair it got my kettle pretty clean, however i didn't expect miracles as some of the limescale was very thick. Its an old kettle and never been done before. So I used the other two sachets and the inside is gleaming now - no doubt about that. Yes its just citric acid as another reviewer has said but so what? The product works and does the job so what does the chemical formula matter?However............... I only received one box of 3 sachets but the product description does say "Ecozone Kettle and Iron Descaler x 3 (Pack of 4, Total 12 Sachets)", am I concerned, not really, I have better things to do with my time than complain about such a minor thing, but that is why the 4* and not 5*. I was no doubt unlucky!All in all, a great product and one I would buy again and recommend.

Great for kettles, not so much for irons. Followed instructions (takes a while) & leant away from the steam but my eyes still felt like they were burning....won't be doing that again!

Used this product for the first time last week, as I really need it after buying a new kettle and finding that the water are use from the tap was causing a lot of limescale after using this product three weeks ago there have been no signs of the return of any kind of limescale within the kettle. Quite happy with this product.
