Easy to pair to my iPhone. Great picture quality. Easily helped me identify issues and clean my ears. Build quality seems great and battery life is good although I haven't measured how long it lasts.

I would give this Bebird Earsight Plus D39R Ear Wax Removal Tool Camera a 10, if I could. It's that Good! I just tried it on my husband. He's why I got it in the first place. The thickness is just right. Feels comfortable in the hands. Very easy to use and get used too. I don't know much about the battery life so far. I have found that my husband's ear are so bad he needs to see a professional. One of his ears were bleeding before I got the camera inside. We didn't know and wouldn't have if not for this product. After cleaning his ears the best I could with all the redness and infection, he says his ears feel better and he can hear some better. He wouldn't go see a doctor. So, I resorted to this to help him. It has helped tremendously, by showing him he needs to take further action to save his ears. I will try to get a video of his ears and add it to this review. It was so surprising to see his ears in that shape that I forgot to get any pics or video. I am thankful for this tool. I have used it on myself which was easy and effective. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. You can't go wrong with this product. Thank you for such a great product.

Absolutely LOVE this product. I had been struggling from intermittent hearing loss in my right ear, I had been wanting a similar product for a while and heard good things about Bebird. So glad I didn't cheap out on a lesser product, this thing rocks! Here's a few things that surprised me: 1. The design is super small and compact, the tool itself as well as the tray of other tool tips are all contained in the main housing, making it fantastic for travel and keeps everything together! 2. The design for how the tool tips are attached is simple but well made, they just screw on and hold sturdy! 3. I was shocked at how the camera view adjusts rotation based on the tool's direction. This keeps the view perfectly level no matter how much you rotate around the tool, giving you a better sense of direction. 4. The tweezers took a second to understand, but are very cleverly designed and work great! 5. And my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE bit about this product. The app and device require NO account creation or require internet connection!! Of course you can make one still to enjoy some other services that I haven't looked into, but in a world where I cant even turn my lights on and off from my phone without yet another account on yet another application, this is a very nice change! A simple app that let's you use the product you bought with no worries of losing access for any number of reasons, what a concept!! I love this product so much and I've only had it a few days. I however highly recommend to anyone that you backup the app just in case, not being locked into an account to use this doesn't mean that the app won't possibly get delisted or support get's removed due to a big acquisition, stranger and more unfair things have happened in the tech world. My only complaints are small: 1. There's nowhere to store away the larger observation tools the product includes. I personally don't intend to use them as I have a steady hand, but would highly recommend you do. But other than the product's box, there's nowhere to really keep them safe, so mine will live in the box in a drawer somewhere. 2. I find the cable to be a tad short, an extra foot would've been nice but as this product uses USB C you could easily use another, longer cable. 3. I was a little disappointed in how the tool flexes along one axis and not the other, but I got the hang of it without. 4. While I love that the tool has it's own WiFi connection that the user connects to with their phone I'm order to use the product with it's app, I do find it slightly cumbersome when I take out my phone and have to: Turn on tool, wait for it's WiFi to appear in list, then manually connect. Everytime. I can understand why it's like this and it's not Bebird's fault, just a slightly annoying bit I noticed. Overall, any issues I have are so minor and are completely overshadowed by everything I LOVE about this product. Highly highly recommend, it's most definitely worth the price and is exactly what I was looking for and more! Do not cheap out on the other similar products knockoff products all made from the same injection molding and electronic guts, go with the Bebird!!

this thing works amazingly well, and it's easy to use. I've always used q-tips but never felt like it was good enough. I bought this and I was right, cuz, ew!! The charge doesn't last a super long time, but you can use it while charging (it does get hot though, so I didn't use it for very long while charging. i gave it a break). The right and left ear views felt backwards to me. so i used the left view for cleaning my right ear and the right view for cleaning my left ear. As I'm right-handed, it's also really awkward to clean my left ear so it takes a lot longer. I've only used the little spoon attachment, but it comes with several. It's super easy to clean too, just wipe with an alcohol swab. I wish the case it comes in held all the attachments, but it doesn't. I just kept the whole box, so the other attachments have a place to go.

The camera is very good resolution and the tips are small enough that I'm able to go in deep and get the disgusting stuff out (previously used one with bigger tips and I could not do a good job). I highly recommend this as an examination tool and maybe emergency cleaning; be very careful not to push anything in as opposed to getting it out, it's very easy to push the stuff further in and making it worse. Great investment, highly recommended!

This product does exactly what it says. I previously had a basic LED earwax remover, but I was limited to what I could see from the outside. This camera completely changes the experience—you can actually see exactly where the earwax is hiding! Before You Use It: Read the user manual Review all the reference photos provided by the seller Doing this makes the process much easier and safer. Helpful Tips from My Experience: • Removing wax for someone else? Have them lie on their side. Try different positions to find the best angle. • For dry, hard wax: Add a few drops of water mixed with hydrogen peroxide and wait about 5 minutes, then try again. You can also use over-the-counter ear drops to soften the wax. • Tweezer attachment: Very useful when other tools can’t grab the wax. Use the squeezable tool exactly as shown in the product photos to pick it up properly. • Shave, trim, or cut ear hair if needed—ear hair can block the view and get in the way. • In the app/video feed: There’s a button in the bottom-left corner to switch between left/right ear views—super helpful! Bonus Use Cases: At its core, it’s a tiny camera with an LED light. While it’s intended for ears, nose, and mouth, let’s be honest—you’ll mainly use it for ears. But you can also use it to check your teeth or any small, hard-to-reach area. Overall: This device is extremely useful, easy to use, and way more effective than traditional tools. Highly recommended!

Very impressive! Easy to connect and setup! I have an old ear probe camera that I bought a few years ago and this one has much more resolution!
