These seem to give me more energy if I eat them when I get up in the morning. I also feel like my mood is a little better but I'm not sure if it's because of these or not.

Trying this in hopes of it giving me more energy. The product tastes good but have not taken enough to really tell a difference in energy, so far. I am hopefully optimistic.
