Wanted to wait to use it a little bit before adding a review.The results:I love it!Pro: Portability, ease of functionality, Make sure you season it properly to not affect the quality of taste in your food.Overall works great, We are full time Rv'ers and the quality of build holds up being tossed around in the under belly of our fifth wheel. Overall taste was that of using a large Pitboss, pellet consumption is equivalent as well as they added an insulation seal between the lid and the base.Cons: Little heavy, but not really a complaint more of a forewarning.

I called Pit Boss customer service due to a problem that I made. The young lady I spoke to was extremely nice very patient and quickly took actions to fix my problem. She asked a few simple questions. She told me that the part ((which I broke)) would be shipped to me in 8 to 10 days. The part actually arrived in only two days. I was very surprised and extremely happy. Well the portable grill is perfect for my needs, which is to roll with me in my RV. I have only cooked some chicken wings so far, but it worked perfectly, and was extremely easy to use and clean up afterwards. I am very happy with my purchase and extremely satisfied with Pit Boss customer service.

Perfect for tailgating or small outings

I got it set up and started the burn off, it was not getting hot, and smoke was coming from the electrical compartment. Was not electrical smoke but smoke from the firepot. I started poking around thinking the path from the fan and was blocked. Turns out the fan was installed backwards. The fan blades got a little burnt but now it's working. 3 star for quality control.

Easy install. Good temp control. Not too many widgets and gadgets, which makes it ideal for someone like me who just wants to smoke.
