Check the system settings, everytime.
Although the phone had a nice physical feel and good screen size, it's a scam. Not os android 13 or CPU Snapdragon 8, no ability to upgrade or downgrade from the firmware to something stable, consistent crashing as in core apps would crash non-stop until forcefully stopped entirely. No ability to text and 200% not "Unlocked". Thank God im in IT or i would've never figured out how truly scammed i was. Don't buy.

Do not buy this phone!!
Do not buy this phone, it lags worse then anything I’ve ever had and it doesn’t even have any apps installed, also there is no case that fits it other then the crappy plastic thin one they send with it and that falls right off when it hits the floor. The frequently bought with case doesn’t even fit the phone. This is a total rip off

If you need a case Don't buy this phone
It took Straight talk 2 days to figure out a way to activate the phone after Verizon said they could not activate it and another 3 days looking online for a case to finally just return it. I mean the phone worked ok but due to the size no one could help with finding a case that would fit it. I think it was like 7.3"
