Great piece!
It’s simple, easy, and crafted just right. I built it with my son so he could learn knife safety and fine motor skills. He loves putting stuff like this together. Holds up to frequent use / play. It is not sharp or jagged, so no worries about splinters and injury. Good size and locks solidly in place.Awesome way to teach your kid knife safety and responsibility.

First knife for scouts!
This was a cute gift for my son who recently joined the scouts. It served 2 purposes. 1. A craft and learning how to assemble. 2. Practice on properly handling a knife. I would recommend it for a young boy learning in scouts.

Good first pocket knife for kiddo, but….
My son loves this for a first pocket knife. It was fun to teach him how to put it together and watch him play with it, but the little pegs kept falling out. I hesitate to glue it as he likes to take it apart and put it back together sometimes. I would recommend glue though to keep it together if you don’t mind it staying that way.

I'm impressed!
I can't overstate how simple this was to assemble. As long as you put the bottom peg in last, it will take you less than a minute. No tools or glue needed! The customization options are endless, but the simple wood is beautiful too.The finished knife feels sturdy in your hand and the lock/unlock is crisp and functional, with a nice "click" sound upon locking. There's even a piece of sandpaper included in case your kit has any rough edges.I bought this as a gift for a 4yo and I am very pleased. It was worth every dollar.

BEST GIFT!!!
This wooden knife is a wonderful source of joy for everyone who sees it, especially my nephew. It is a great gift to build together and to teach him the value and safety of a knife. He can practice with something that is not dangerous. This brand is one of the best and impresses every kid and man. This is a fully functional wooden foldable pocketknife that is the ideal gift for any kid.

Great starter knife for little ones
My turning 2-year old, she is a bit ahead developmentally, has been watching her 12-year old sister whittle for months while out on their nature walks. She resorted to finding short narrow sticks to use for her own "cudding". While looking around for smaller addon birthday ideas, I ran across this knife. I did stain it weathered gray and oak for some added realism and protection. Needless to say, she loves it. The lock-back feature works very well, and it's no more dangerous than the sharp sticks she was using before - but a whole lot more realistic. Thanks for a great product, we will be buying additional ones for the other younger kids in our extended family. Take care and God bless!
