Just right and I like the thicker paper for a great pen feel.

This Spiral Notebook Journal (8.5” x 11”) is everything I needed — simple, sturdy, and stylish! The college-ruled lines are clean and evenly spaced, making it perfect for journaling, note-taking, or daily planning. I love the large A4 size — there’s plenty of space to write without feeling cramped. The spiral binding is strong and flips smoothly, so the pages stay flat while writing, and the paper quality is surprisingly nice — no bleeding or smudging, even with gel pens. Well made quality paper and binder

I love bullet journaling and get super excited when I find a solid journal like this one. Its a good value for what you get, the size is perfect to take around with you, and I have used a variety of pen/marker types including Grabbie Gel Pens, G2 Pilot in multiple sizes, Pen+Gear highlighters etc. and I have not seen much bleeding. Of course, the more you add to the page, like any other page of similar weight/grade/quality you will eventually get some bleeding, but you definitely have room to be creative. I love the off white color of the pages and the spacing and coloring of the dots on each page is perfect for me. Some journals have dots that are too dark and can be distracting when journaling, that is not the case here, the dots blend perfectly into the background while still being notable for use. I also have not noticed any extreme cases of ripping around the spiral like I sometimes do with lighter weight journals so I am loving that i can be a little rougher with it. I also like the addition of the clear plastic pocket at the back and the ability to carry a pen and attach it to the side of the journal as well. It also came with a ruler or harder edge plastic, and I always love when journals do that. 10/10 would buy again honestly
