It works great, nice rubberized feel (not cheap fealing) a tad bigger than the original with is fine considering i lost the old one so easily. Looses style points for not including a battery but im not docking points. No rule that says they come with a battery but considering it's not a standard battery, itd be nice. But I had one so.. anyway. Works perfectly out of the box so im happy with it.

The remote works well for my BOSE speakers... However the product I got appeared to have been previously used. Attached is a photo showing the battery compartment as received. 4 Stars for the Product. 1 Star for the Seller

This Replacement Remote Control for Bose TV Solo Soundbar Series II is my "Goldilocks" find. Let me explain: TOO BIG: the original remote control was ginormous - with a full panel of buttons and controls, which would supposedly also adapt to my (Samsung) TV. But that never happened, no matter how many times I tried to "pair" the two. TOO SMALL: Eventually I discovered a minimalist after market version, which controlled only the soundbar. That worked out ok -- until it was time to change the exhausted battery. Not only was the replacement battery an odd version, but opening the battery compartment became a challenge. A tiny tab to push in with one fingernail and a tiny slot to pull out the actual battery holder with another fingernail at the same time, resulted in too many broken fingernails and I needed to find a different solution. JUST RIGHT: This newest remote control is still conveniently simple, with an easy-open coin slot style battery compartment for a readily available 2032 type battery. The rounded back of this remote has a flat section near the top to which I will attach a small neodymium magnet, keeping it in easy reach - attached to the metal frame of my glass topped side table. The cost is certainly reasonable, and Goldilocks is happy.

Works great and looks like the OEM remote it replaces, minus the Bose logo. I thought the remote didn't work for my unit at first but it turned out that the battery that came inside it was dead. Bought some new ones (CR2032) off of amazon and after replacing it, the remote worked great. Minus one star for the hassle of troubleshooting and the need to pick up another battery. Despite this, I would still by this product again.
