We're all trying to lose some weight, and in my case, my doctor has suggested taking injections. Well, with the cost of these shots, I saw these and tried them. I must say they seem to be doing the trick. My appetite has been limited, no side effects, and slowly my weight is dropping. I will continue using this product and hope I become healthier.

I ordered this as an alternative to overpriced weight loss meds.I got as far as taking just one a day before breakfast and whether it was psychological or not, I did cut down on eating and portion sizes.They're not too large in size, white in color.With that being said, a few days in I started getting headaches daily.I took them for almost 2 weeks then stopped. Headaches went away with medication.I'm not 100% sure that this product caused my headaches so I'm going to start them again and give them another try.Will update in a few weeks.

I know different things work for different people and this product works for me. I have been taking for four days. I am 65 years old, 175 lbs. I’m more of a snacker and this product has suppressed my appetite. I no longer have the urge to snack just because it’s in the house. I take one tablet in the morning 1/2 hour before my protein bar and 1 tablet before my one meal a day. I know years ago I took Chromium Picolinate for weight loss and it helped greatly. This product contains Chromium Picolinate. I also should mention that normally only eat one meal a day around 11:30. So I normally fast after 2pm. I’m not a big eater but have yo yo dieted for years and my metabolism is very slow. I highly recommend this product it may just work for you.

I don’t have time to write many reviews. But I have to say this is a great product. It’s kind of those last 5 pounds product. I take two a half an hour before I have my dinner. I don’t eat as much. I’m not as hungry but more importantly I don’t crave food all night long if I’m watching TV. That’s what gets you. I have more going on than I can mention here, I seem to have more energy. Because of dealing with family issues from every direction, I can’t tell whether it helps with anxiety, but I don’t think it claims that it does. I’ve been very disciplined, and lost 5 pounds in the last three weeks. It feels much better. I went ahead and ordered another bottle to make sure I don’t run out. If there’s something bad in the product, I have not spotted it. I have become an avid label reader because of the garbage they’re putting in our foods and a lot of vitamins. Plus I have one person in the family that’s allergic to apples and ironically, they’re in a lot of products. I have another that doesn’t eat any dairy. I have another that won’t eat any meat. 🤦‍♀️…… labels, labels labels. If anyone sees something negative in this label, please let me know.!

Wow is all I can say! Been using almost a month and I can feel the difference. I have more energy and overall feel better. Ive lost about 10lbs this month. This supplement is easy to take and leaves no aftertaste. Has top notch ingredients such as green tea leaf extract and beetroot. I feel my overall health and immune system have improved greatly since beginning this supplement. Will definitely be ordering more!

I purchase this item last week , I’ve been consistently taking it two capsules before meal for the last seven days. The energy is a boost at first. It was a little too much than my body adjusted.. my cravings haven’t decreased as described. I I try to watch what I eat normally overall I would not purchase this item again . Unfortunately..

Works great for appetite control. Didn't make me feel sick at all. But, other reviewers say it gave them headaches & I've had a headache every day for the last 2 weeks. Thought I was just dehydrated. But, going with a different product to see if my headaches go away.

I only bought 1 bottle and I noticed a change in the first week of taking it. I was eating less, had no sugar cravings whatsoever so ever when I was on my period which is when I eat the most…I lost around 7lb in almost a mouth. I did stop take it because I would forget but I still feel like it works even though I stopped taking it but I will start up again. I had a lot of energy as well. Makes you feel good about yourself. I had a lot of people at work and my costumers at work tell me I have lost weight. Which makes you feel good. I didn’t not exercise other than I walk around 10,000 steps a day. I didn’t know make healthy meals all the time. But I did drink a lot of water. One thing you will need to do it take fiber to help balance the fact you aren’t eating as much. If not your stomach will become upset and constipated. I took the fiber gummy’s and take vitamins for your hair, skin and nails. I had someone at work to tell me to take them because of the lack of nutrition because you aren’t eating a lot your body will lost your hair. Now due to me having thyroid cancer and with no thyroid I really take them because I have lost or much hair and it doesn’t grow back as much. And this is another reason why I bought these because of not having a thyroid it’s hard to lose weight. Please do your homework if you’re concerned about it. Or talk to your doctor. I know health insurance doesn’t cover weight loss treatments.
