Incredibly effective!
Magnesium is a very interesting supplement because it comes in quite a few forms, each differentiated in the way they are absorbed and also the pathways they take to reach their destinations.This particular one, for the health factory, blew me away for its effect was almost immediate and very obvious. Very important the way it is taken, has to be kept in the mouth for a few minutes as it gets absorbed through your gums and inner cheek skin. It tastes like water, no bitterness or any taste whatsoever, but I was relaxed and almost sleepy only 5 minutes after taking it. To the point I wished I had taken it before bed, or at least after work!No question for effectiveness. VERY IMPORTANT HOW IT IS ADMINISTERED! Just downing it, as you would any other would be almost a waste, so please be aware of this as it makes the whole difference.If you want a very powerful and bio available magnesium supplement, look no further. Not sure there’s anything in the bottle except water!!!
Taste just like water, not sure there are any other ingredients in my bottle. Doesn’t give me a lift or any change in energy etc etc. Thus the one star!!
