Easy to pair
Bought as a replacement for a lost fob. Instructions included along with link to a video are easy to follow to pair new fob with an existing fob. However depending on the unit within the garage a further step may be required to also pair the new fob to the unit itself. This step is easy to find online. Process all in all easy to complete & works well

Worked with my supramatic E2 (but you need to hunt for instructions)
I have an older Supramatic E2 opener. I lost my remote and was hopeful this newer remote model would work for me. The enclosed instructions were no good at all for me and after lots of hunting online i found a YT video that showed how remove the battery and put the remote into a paring mode.

doesn’t work
so i received 2 of these, 1 works, the other doesn’t. when i tried to send it back, i have to pay postage…… for a faulty item…… unbelievable

Despite Hormann instruction booklet, still very difficult!
Had to phone Hormann to get clearer instructions as booklet just didn't work. After 2 calls and my son's help the old and new now work as instruction booklet knocked out original. Thank goodness the other original still worked and let us into the garage to get at the control unit. Don't believe this is easy like the booklet says you have to work from the in garage controller.

Great quality and easy to use.
I only ordered this unit as I had lost a previous one. We use it for remote opening of the garage door and keep one in the car and one in the house. I did get the installer of the remote garage door to come round and synch the new control unit so, to be fair, I cannot comment on how easy it was to connect up, though he only took a couple of minutes and the controller comes with full instructions.

J'ai un peu galérer à comprendre comment on la paramètre ... d'ailleurs j'y suis arrivé sans faire exprès. Sinon fonctionne très bien et du premier coup Attention vous devez utiliser le bouton du garage et pas d'une deuxième télécommande pour paramétrer ! En tout cas moi j'ai fais avec le boitier de la porte de garage

J’ai essayé à plusieurs reprises de coupler la télécommande à celle livrée d’origine avec le moteur Hormann sans succès . Je m’apprêtais donc à retourner cet article …Et puis en navigant pendant 1 journée sur YouTube j’ai vu qu’il fallait aussi coupler la télécommande avec le moteur sinon ça ne fonctionne pas . Bien sûr rien qui soit indiqué dans le mode d’emploi reçu avec la nouvelle télécommande…Dommage !
