Works very well over surgical walking boot, both tall and short. I’m 5’5” and it came up to my knee. Wore it every day to and from chicken house and was easy to clean up.

Works very well! My son wore this on a trip while it rained a lot, and through wet grass and dirt it kept his boot dry! Measure to make sure you get the right size. My son’s boot had a size on it so it made it easier but we measured too and it was accurate.

I got this so I could do yard work while wearing a walking cast. The first time I wore it I was trying to back up and fell and hurt myself. I realized the boot was way too loose even though the size was right. I put a hair tie around the front of the boot over my toes and then used some surgical tape to secure it tightly around my ankle. Much better! Worked so well today I forgot I had it on and I wore it too long. When I took it off it was wet inside from condensation from my skin. Next time I'll take it off sooner.

Very useful. It needs Velcro around the ankle to keep it in place. We had to use a tie but other than that it’s water proof and slip resistant and it kept the cast clean and dryHighly recommend for keeping cast clean and dry

I broke my foot in January in PA. It's very snowy and very cold here and I have to wear an air cast (medical boot) for at least 6 weeks, maybe more if they have to do surgery to repair a torn ligament. I couldn't see how I was going to wear it in the house all day and then go out and walk through slushy, muddy parking lots and streets full of snow and salt. Never mind my toes stick out so they would end up wet and cold. I wear a womens 9 and I chose an XL because I was worried about getting it on over the boot. I probably should have gotten a L. It's a little floppy on the bottom. But it's a lifesaver. My foot and this $350 boot stay clean and dry no matter how messy and cold it is out. Ive been wearing it every time I go out for 2 weeks and the bottom is sturdy. No rips, tears, holes. The bottom has a good rubber tread. It does feel a little loose and floppy so I'm extra careful and take my time walking but, again, I think its a bit too big. Well worth the money not to track all this in my house and to have warm dry feet. It is also relatively easy to out on and take off. It has a zipper all the way up the back with a snap on either side to secure it and the top is elastic to hold it up on your calf. It isn't uncomfortable in any way

The media could not be loaded. I waited almost a week for this boot to arrive from Amazon. I’ve been using a plastic bag and duct tape to keep my boot clean when I work outside I put it over my boot and was completely disappointed that it did not in anyway secure itself to the inside boot . It’s simply flops around I seriously have to wonder if there was any thought put into this design. Please consider improvements on this cover .
