This robe is amazing, the fabric is very nice: towel material on the inside to soak up the water after a shower, and very soft "velour" material on the outside. And it's got nice and wide pockets!Delivery was rather quick considering it is custom made (dispatched 2 days after placing order and shipping took a week unfortunately, but that doesn't depend on the seller, and it's well worth the wait anyway!).I chose the letter C for my name, in the metallic gold thread, super pleased with it, it's very neat, no loose threads. So chic and fancy. I was a bit surprised by the size of it, it's pretty big! But proportional to the robe.Regarding the fit, I got the size S-M and it fits just right, I'd say if you are any bigger than 103cm around the hips get the size up because it does fit snug.Overall, I'm so happy with it, it's very well made, the material is just as I wanted it to be, and I was pleased to see that it is a robe made sustainably! Which is so important. 100% recommend!

Nice robe! Had some issue with the service regarding the embroidery but they responded quickly and the robe came relatively quick after. Some threads Came lose after wearing it once at the spa. Over all i guess I'm not unhappy with it. It's would get full stars if the embroidery thing wasn't such a pain and the robe material is better quality. I got XL and the top half of the robe is big bit the bottom half opens when I sit down.

Superficially all was good: Delivery was swift and it had the letter R I had asked for in blue - spot on. I ordered XL and the sleeves are long and the garment is long but there is not enough material to go round properly and I am not a fat man. Also the washing instructions are very surprising - only 30 degrees wash (one would expect 60 degrees at least for white cotton) and worst of all: Do not tumble dry!

It fit my boyfriend perfectly, but sleeves were a little long/big, so I supposed it is a little disproportionate, but it's a bathrobe so doesn't really matter too much. It's really soft on the outside, absorbent on the inside, and the personalised stitching was nice (if I hadn't put a space between two letters - my fault). Overall, boyfriend loved it. Makes a good birthday present.

I brought two of these and had embroidered using red thread. Initially I asked for gold thread because they were going to be white robes but the company messaged me saying they had a problem with the white and offered a grey. It wasn’t an issue for me - turned up very quickly and the robes are nice and thick, soft and well worth the price. I wanted these for a friend who is getting married soon

Wow was not expecting this to be a top end quality robe for this price. Great text stitching also. Looks fits feels luxurious. A Massive Thankyou - highly recommend, stop searching this is the best you’ll find in quality and price. Fast delivery too 👍

Beautiful bathrobe. I think it is excellent that you can have your name embroidered onto a bathrobe, with a vast array of different threads in almost every colour. Lovely thing to do and a lovely experience. Arrived promptly. I would 100% recommend.

This items was market as despatched over a week ago stating the postage type was first class . 8 days later it arrived so delivery was very dissapointing and misleading .Onto the good news .The garment is of good quality and personalisation is very good . The fit is comfortable as expected with this type of robe .Please with the purchase though delivery was poor
