This book is excellent for children to read alone. They can identify with the characters. The language and reading age is ideal as they build up their reading stamina. The illustrations are excellent and just what a six / seven year old would love. Deserves the 5star rating..Younger children would also enjoy having it read to them.

I got these as my 6 year old was on the previous reading level and we wanted him to have a practice at a higher level to see how they compared. Some fun stories.
